OSS EMBLEM TO BE USED AS A SHOULDER PATCH FOR ALL ARMY ENLISTED AND COMMISSIONED PERSONNEL A reproduction of the prototype patches arising from a second effort to secure approval for an insigne for OSS. This, and the other surviving sample prototypes are present in the National Archives. This patch is 2X2 embroidered with velcro backing.
